1500 Clock Hours

When you enroll in school you purchase a block of time. If you go full time for the full 1500 clock hours, you purchase one year and two weeks of time. This is a total of 1600 scheduled hours. That is an extra 100 hours that you can be absent. If you don't graduate by the time your block of time is finished, you have to purchase more time. This is called Overtime Charges.

Each program has been scheduled for completion within an allotted time frame. A grace period of 100 scheduled hours has been added to the completion date for the full Cosmetology program. If you transfer in, your allowed scheduled hours will be pro-rated according to the amount of hours you sign up for. It is not realistic to expect to receive an education for free. The school has reserved, equipment, and licensed instructors for each student and program. Clients have been schedule for you to practice on in the student salon. If a student does not complete the program by the contracted scheduled date, additional training will be billed at a rate of $10 per hour, payable in advance, until graduation.

So DON'T skip school. It will cost you money. Plan ahead and make personal appointments on Monday and not during scheduled school time. Don't leave school early. It all adds up quickly.  

Image Maker will accept your hard earned transfer hours from other Cosmetology Schools and High Schools. However, we will only accept up to 750 hours for Cosmetology.

The price is $ 12.67 per hour to complete the program.

Kits are available to purchase for all transfer students if needed.

We require that all transfer students complete our basics module when you

transfer into Image Maker Beauty Institute. 

The school offers interest free monthly payments.

All tuition and overtime charges must be paid prior to graduating unless other arrangements have been made.

Financial Aid is available to those who qualify.

We offer PELL Grants, Direct Loans, and PLUS loans.
