*Our Instructors determine that the hair is not in proper condition for requested service.

* Client has been, or is being, physically or verbally disruptive.

* Client is intoxicated or high.

* Client constantly complains and is not a good fit with a school environment. Students are not professionals, but are in the process of being trained.

* Client is being sexually suggestive to a student, staff, or another client.

Please be kind to our students. They are here to learn and they will make mistakes.

We appreciate your business and the opportunity that you have given our students to learn. However, if you are a perfectionist, you might want to go to a professional salon where the stylists are experienced. A school is where discounted prices are given because students are not experienced. A release form must be signed to receive services.
